Juventus players celebrating.

No miracle was in sight not this time, Barcelona were properly dealt with by a compact display by Juventus.

Juventus defensive giants of Chiellini and Bonucci and Evergreen and Buffon made Barcelona superhuman Messi, Neymar and Suarez (MNS) look ordinary by limiting them to just one shot on target, and for the first time in 21 Champions League games barca failed to score at home.

Juventus magnificent performance has put them in the list of teams that has shut out Barca over two legs (Manchester United 2008; Bayern Munich 2013). This might just be the end of Barca’s European dominance.

Over the course of five years PSG has tried everything in their power to get to the semi-finals of the Champion League by buying the best players, bringing in the best coaches and in one season league rivals Monaco achieved that unbelievable dream with a bunch of kids especially Kylian Mbappe.

Mbappe who has shot to stardom this season with a stat of 16 goals in 16 games and also been the first player to score a goal in each of his first four Champion League knockout games.  With him in the team plus their mix of team players Monaco is definitely a team to reckon with.

Now we are into the last four with two teams from Madrid , one Italian team and a French team.
