Rick Ross Confirmed To Be Hospitalized But Not On Life Support
American rapper Rick Ross over the weekend was taken to a hospital and reportedly was put on life support after suffering a cardiac arrest.
TMZ reported that the rapper was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance following a distress 911 call from his home where he was found breathing heavily, unresponsive and “slobbing out of the mouth”.
Ross who is best known for hits such as “Hustlin” and “B.M.F.” was scheduled to appear Friday and Saturday as a featured guest at the Oak Room, a South End nightclub.
Rick Ross, 42, has had well-documented health issues over the years. In 2011, he suffered a series of seizures and in interviews discussed his poor health habits. Following the seizures, Ross vowed to take better care of himself and soon lost more than 75 pounds.
His family however continually refutes the reports that he is in ECMO or that he is even hospitalized for that matter but celebrities from rapper Gucci Mane to basketball superstar Chris Paul have offered prayers and best wishes on social media.
Everyone pray for my buddy @RickRoss to get well soon!
