Silverbird Man Of The Year: Governors, Senators, Ministers Storm Lagos For Awards
All is set for the 2016 Silverbird Man of the year Award as personalities trickle in to Lagos to honour the numerous awardees.
Prominent on the list of dignitaries is President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki. Our correspondent also learnt that Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed would be at the Eko Hotel Convention Centre, venue of the event.
Beside the fact that the Anambra State Governor, Willie Obiano will be crowned with the most prestigious award on Sunday night, no fewer than three other governors had signified their intention to be at the annual event.

While the former first lady, Maryam Babangida would be honoured with post-humus award for her astonishing carriage and leadership in the anal of Nigeria politics, such unique female like Florence Ita-Giwa will be a face to honour as she wins an extraordinaire prize.
Also to be awarded is the fiery lawyer and Human Rights Activist, Mr. Femi Falana, the astute Political Economist and Pan African Varsity tutor, Professor Pat Utomi and the popular columnist “Sad Amuka” who is also the Publisher of the Vanguard Newspaper, Mr. Sam Amuka Pemu.
