Governor Bassey Otu has been named the 2025 Silverbird Man of the Year at the 20th edition of the prestigious Silverbird Man of the Year Awards.
The award, which recognised his outstanding contributions to governance, public service, and community development in Nigeria, took place at EKO Hotels & Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos, on Sunday, 1 March 2026
