Champions League Draws Are Out As Man City Face Spurs, United Face Barca

The draws for the Champions League quarter-finals are out as Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur will face off in an all-Premier League clash.

Manchester United, who staged a dramatic comeback against Paris Saint-Germain to make the last eight, will take on Lionel Messi‘s Barcelona in the other headline tie.

Dutch surprise package Ajax will meet Cristiano Ronaldo‘s Juventus after dumping out European champions Real Madrid in the last 16, while Liverpool face Porto.

Elsewhere, Liverpool were drawn to play FC Porto in the knockout rounds for the second year in succession.

English hopes are high that this could be their year in Europe’s elite club competition after all four of their representatives made it through to the last eight.

The last time the Premier League had four teams in the quarterfinals, in 2008/09, Barcelona beat the Old Trafford side 2-0 in the final in Rome. The clubs clashed again in the final at Wembley in 2011, with Barca winning 3-1 on that occasion.

FULL DRAW:

Ajax Amsterdam vs Juventus

Liverpool vs Porto

Tottenham Hotspur vs Manchester City
