Chidinma Leilani Aaron Crowned Miss Nigeria 2018

Chidinma Leilani Aaron has been crowned the Miss Nigeria 2018.


The 25-year-model from Enugu State, who takes home the ₦3 million prize, a luxury apartment and a car, was among the 18 finalists at the grand finale on Sunday which took place in Eko Hotel & Suites.


She is the 42nd Miss Nigeria taking over the crown from Mildred Ehiguese who won the 2017 edition.


Chidinma was selected by judges David Wej, Rita Dominic, Richard Mofe Damijo, Olisa Adibua, Jasmine Tukur, Grace Uredi, and Fade Ogunro, among others.


Dunu Chisom was named as the first runner-up, while Ameh Munira was named the second runner-up.


American model, Blac Chyna, and Nigerian cross-dresser, Bobrisky, also made surprise appearances at the event. Dede Mabiaku and Johnny Drille also performed at the event.


The new Miss Nigeria, who also contested in the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria pageant, will also take home a new car and a luxury apartment.
