The 2024 CMA Awards lit up Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on November 20, celebrating the very best of country music.
Hosted by Luke Bryan, Peyton Manning, and Lainey Wilson, the event was a showcase of stellar talent and memorable performances. Morgan Wallen claimed the night’s top honour, winning Entertainer of the Year, a testament to his influence on the genre this year.
Chris Stapleton’s artistry shone brightly, earning him Single of the Year for “White Horse” and sharing the Song of the Year title for the same track alongside co-writer Dan Wilson. Stapleton also secured the Male Vocalist of the Year award, underscoring his impact on modern country music.
Lainey Wilson added another accolade to her impressive career, taking home Female Vocalist of the Year, while Cody Johnson’s Leather won Album of the Year. The legendary Brooks & Dunn continued their winning streak as Vocal Duo of the Year, and Vocal Group of the Year went to Old Dominion.
Rising star Megan Moroney was crowned New Artist of the Year, cementing her arrival as a major force in the industry. The event also honored George Strait with the Willie Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award, paying tribute to his extraordinary career.
The evening was rounded out by unforgettable performances from Kacey Musgraves, Luke Combs, and even a cross-genre appearance by Post Malone, making the 2024 CMA Awards a night to remember.
