An absolute influence on what we now have as today’s Nigerian Hip Hop and Pop culture. A true gooner, music head, professional broadcaster with a solid voice and an all round good guy. Happy ascension brother Onome Oyaide aka Big Tyme 🕊 this hurts 😢
Love and light 💔

Somebody played you my EP and you just loved it. You reached out to me yourself and invited me on your show…circa 2011. A real one. You were such a great guy, our banter was unreal. This hurts. Rest In Peace Onome Oyaide, BigTyme…one of the giants of Rhythm 93.7. Sun re o. pic.twitter.com/D4rEtqxOEr

It was always genuine love. No catch, no ego, no god complex and no expectation. Great at what you did on radio but even better as a human being. You let many of us walk through the door purely based on merit. Did your best to help even the underdogs thrive. Live on, Legend ❤️ https://t.co/D6Gps9HKeX

And so the sun sets on my man Onome Oyaide (male). I don’t know what determines who gets taken away. But that system certainly has a glitch. Rest well my friend. No more pain.
