Jay-Z Refutes Allegations In Diddy-Linked Assault Lawsuit

In a dramatic twist to an ongoing legal battle, Jay-Z has been named alongside Sean “Diddy” Combs in a refiled lawsuit accusing both music moguls of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl at an after-party for the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards.

Filed under New York’s Adult Survivors Act, the anonymous plaintiff, referred to as “Jane Doe,” alleges that her drink was drugged before she was assaulted by the two men and an unidentified third party.

The lawsuit, spearheaded by high-profile attorney Tony Buzbee, expands on prior allegations against Diddy, who is also entangled in other serious legal cases, including federal charges unrelated to this lawsuit. Both defendants have vehemently denied the claims.

Jay-Z’s representatives dismissed the allegations as unfounded, suggesting they were part of an opportunistic civil lawsuit rather than a legitimate pursuit of justice.

Roc Nation, Jay-Z’s management firm, called for criminal investigations into any valid allegations to ensure proper scrutiny. Similarly, Diddy’s team called the lawsuit an attack on his character, insisting on his innocence.

Both artists maintain confidence in the legal system and have pledged to clear their names, emphasizing their commitment to disproving these accusations.
