There are reports that billionaire rapper/producer, Kanye West was unfaithful to his now-estranged wife, Kim Kardashian during their marriage.
According to PageSix, multiple sources revealed that he talked about his cheating escapades in “Hurricane,” one of the tracks of his newly released album, “Donda”.
The rapper reportedly sings about cheating on Kardashian after their first two kids together.
“The song is in a way his testimony of everything he did wrong and taking accountability for their marriage breakdown,” one insider shared.
In the song, the West raps, “Here I go actin’ too rich / Here I go with a new chick / And I know what the truth is / Still playin’ after two kids / It’s a lot to digest when your life always movin.”
However, the Insider revealed that Kanye’s cheating partner wasn’t his fling Irina Shaynk.
“If you look closer to the lyrics he is referring to his infidelity during his marriage with Kim, even after two kids,” the insider continued.
In the same song, Kanye also hints at his battle with alcoholism as he mentions how he never stayed home at his million-dollar mansion. As for West’s song lyrics and his alleged infidelity, the couple it seems continued to stay together beyond the apparent cheating incident considering Kim and Kanye later also became parents to Chicago and Pslam West.
Kim filed for divorce from Kanye after over six years of marriage in February this year. Despite them parting ways, it has been clear from several incidents that the duo still remain close as they co-parent their four children, daughter North, 7, son Saint, 5, daughter Chicago, 3, and son Psalm, 2.
‘DONDA’ is putting up big numbers in its first week. The album topped Apple Music’s Top Albums chart in 152 countries in 24 hours and is set to debut with the biggest sales week of 2021.
Kanye also dropped the first official video from ‘DONDA’ for “Come to Life” featuring footage from his Chicago listening event, including the wedding scene.
