The 34th edition of the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (MBGN) has just concluded with Miss Abia (Ada Eme) emerging this year’s new queen.
It was an incredible night with hosts, former beauty queen Muna Abii and actor Deyemi Okanlawon as they had amazing chemistry on the stage.
In a tough competition, the 37 contestants were screened to fifteen (15) and from there the number was cut down to five (5). Making the Top 5 were, Miss Abuja, Miss Abia, Miss Edo, Miss Lagos, and Miss Anambra.
From the top five, Miss Edo (Montana Felix) emerged as the first runner-up, while Miss Abia emerged as the 2022 MBGN queen.
Eme has been given the title Miss World Nigeria and she will be representing Nigeria at the next Miss World pageant while Felix was given the Miss Universe Nigeria.
Earlier, some of the contestants had won some individual awards: Miss Waw went to Miss Plateau with a check for one million naira, Miss Aminity went to Miss Zamfara and the first ever MBGN Hero’s Award went to Lydia Okojie, who was Miss Ecowas 2021.
Congratulations to all the winners on the night espically the newly crowned queen, Ada Eme (Miss Abia).
