Odumodublvck to Face Court Over Alleged Assault on Photographer

Fast-rising Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck, well known as Tochukwu Gbubemi Ojogwu, is set to appear in court on November 26, 2025, over allegations that he assaulted Lagos-based photographer and entertainer Levi Ogbogiri, popularly known as Kraziecent.

Court filings reveal that the incident occurred on December 16, 2024, during a public event in Lagos. According to Kraziecent, he was taking photos and recording videos when the rapper allegedly attacked him without provocation, leaving him with physical injuries and emotional trauma.

The lawsuit also claims Odumodublvck damaged Kraziecent’s iPhone 15 Pro Max, which he used for work. The photographer is seeking compensation for medical expenses, emotional distress, and the cost of the phone.

In addition to financial damages, Kraziecent’s legal team has requested a public apology from the rapper — to be published across social media and in national newspapers — along with a restraining order to prevent further harassment.

During the preliminary hearing, the court confirmed that Odumodublvck had been properly served with legal documents. However, the rapper’s counsel asked for more time to prepare a defense, prompting the judge to adjourn proceedings to November 26.

So far, Odumodublvck’s camp has not released any official statement regarding the lawsuit.

This isn’t the first time Odumodublvck has drawn public criticism for alleged aggressive conduct. Back in March 2024, he sparked online backlash after being caught on video trying to kick a fan who climbed on stage during his performance.

Although he defended the act as a reaction to an uninvited intrusion, many fans and critics described it as excessive and unbecoming.

With the November court date looming, speculation is growing over whether the “Declan Rice” crooner will seek an out-of-court settlement or take the case head-on.

For now, his silence has only intensified conversations across social media, keeping the Odumodublvck assault case firmly in the public eye.
